We genuinely believe that our people make the difference and ensure a quality product is ultimately delivered to our customers. Our team provide the very best in design and technology but more importantly they put a lot of care and thought into their plans to really understand the inner workings of our customers’ businesses.
What do our customers like about us? Our fresh approach to design, “can do” attitude and the fact we take the time to really get a handle on the inner workings of their business or organisation. Our team has shown significant skill and expertise designing and building sophisticated and smartly designed units, most recently service utilities and trucks for Queensland Rail (QR). In order to get a better understanding of what is required, our team spent time with QR operational staff and fleet team before putting together a new specification. The final result was a standardised vehicle fleet with modern safety technology, user convenience and a layout that supports QR staff to provide the best possible support to rail infrastructure. Having our engineers and end users working together on the design was the key to its success.

Rhys came on board to SEVA 5 years ago with a past of IT and a keen interest of combining his troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with his passion for cars. Since starting and completing his trade at SEVA, Rhys has become a member of the team known for his high attention to detail, prime banter and mentorship to his peers. He is often found under the bonnet of one of his mates car rather than his own.
When not at SEVA, Rhys enjoys moving his technical skills from the car to his Weber Kettle where he is still fault finding how to get the perfect brisket. If not at his BBQ, you will likely find him scouring marketplace and hustling the next deal for his hobby of collecting and repairing Engel Fridges.
